Your actual plan can change with the number of implants, extractions, bone grafting, sedation, temporary teeth, final material, and local provider fees.
What a complete implant quote should include
Ask whether the fee includes the implant fixture, abutment, crown or bridge, imaging, anesthesia, temporary teeth, final prosthesis, and follow-up visits. For full-arch treatment, confirm whether the price is per arch and whether the final bridge is acrylic, composite, or zirconia.
